Are you an experienced Project Manager enthusiastic about bringing your expertise to a startup environment, with a focus on sustainable mobility? Our client, WeVee® Technologies Ltd, is searching for a dedicated canidate to fill the role of Software Development Project Manager. With over 25 years of experience in Change Management and forward-thinking solutions, they are shaping the future of transportation and sustainable consumption, towards delivering a better future for the generations to come. In your upcoming position, you will assume a crucial role within the company, working closely with the management team to further develop the product portfolio and deliver the strategic direction of the company.

Your area of responsibility

  • Management and supervision of software development projects from initiation to completion as well as technical leadership and development of team members
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for a smooth work flow
  • Planning and controlling project schedules, milestones and budgets
  • Managing project resources, developers, designers and QA teams
  • Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Leading stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews and retrospectives
  • Fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment

Your profile

  • Completed training in computer science, information technology or a related field or comparable qualification through professional experience
  • Experience in software development with a focus on the Scrum methodology
  • Ideally certification as a Certified Scrum Master or Professional Scrum Master
  • Familiarity with agile project management tools and knowledge of software development processes, including SDLC
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

Your benefits

  • Gross annual salary from € 60,000 on a full-time basis
